So if you didn’t know I’m a huge sushi lover. I’ve been to many different sushi buffets here in the center of Helsinki. To me, first impression is everything and if a sushibuffet doesn’t impress me (small variaty, no wakame salad etc) I won’t be going to waste my money again! Here comes my three absolutely favorite places:
Hello and Merry Christmas, I hope you had a good one!
This year my biggest wish came true: a Christmas filled with joy, love and happiness. And most of all a well spent holiday with my boyfriend and his family.
On Christmas eve we both woke up without the alarm. I was a little grumpy from the morning, to admid, but very soon we were eating traditional Christmas porridge, opened some gifts and enjoyed our time together with the One.
By four o’clock we went to Joel’s (my boyfriend) mom where there was waiting a big pile of traditional Finnish Christmas food: reindeer pie, a lot of salmon, cheese’s, turkey ham, glogg cheese cake.. and don’t forget the red wine! After we filled our bellies at Joel’s mom we spent rest of the evening at Joel’s dad where the was suprise suprise more cheese and red wine!
I could say this was one of my best Christmas ever even though I miss my mom and sister living in the US. This Christmas was the highlight of my year and I can’t wait to start 2018 fresh and with good vibes.
To mention, the biggest wish I had this year was to have a happy holiday and I was to get any gifts they would only be a cherry on a cake. You can’t imagine how touched and happy I was when I reveiled this red gift bag from inside a huge fake gift to hide the real gift inside. Tears ran down my cheeks. We’re going to Santorini Greece and I can only imagine how romantic a vacation we will have.
Hello and welcome to my new and fabulous home page!
So, I've written a blog since 2013. The problem with my previous blog was that I wasn't really satisfied with the layout. It was so out of date and it was hard to write in English and Finnish at the same time since my posts became hard to keep on track and when I did write in English posts became way too long. You cannot even imagine how happy I am that you can now read my blog (and my website anyway) all in English without messing with the Finnish language! Special thanks to Sivustamo for making my dreams come true!
